| Steve, I just want to take the time to say Thank You for helping us sell our house... we had it on the market the first time for 6 months .. and did not have a dozen people to look at it. and our realtor told us we was asking to much for it for the area... But we knew what we wanted and knew what it was worth... so we took it off the market with them. and 3 months later we put it back on the market with you... Because some one told us about you. and that you sold there house for them.... And we was so impressed with that. We thought we would try you... You encouraged us that it would sell and not to get down because you knew it would sell.. there was many days i just wanted to give up. But you told us it would sell in time. What can I say, but thank you, thank you, and thank you! As you know I had my home on the market for 2 listing periods with one of the large real estate firms, and didn't get one offer. I reduced my home several times because my realtor told me I was too high. I finally called you from several letters you sent, telling me about a unique marketing plan you use to get homes sold at full price and on time. I called and told you that I was getting married and I would contact you after the wedding. You showed the plan to me and I signed the listing agreement and the first thing you suggested to me was to raise the price. We raised the price and I was amazed at the showings we start getting and I knew you were going to sale my home. It took I believe 60 days and we had an offer and a qualified buyer. As you know we had our home on the market with another company for 18 months and didn't get one offer. We were very "down on realtors" when we decided to give you a call from the several letters you sent us concerning your marketing plan. We met you and you explained the plan to us and we decided to list our home with you. You stayed in touch with us, called us at least once a week, and kept us informed as to what people were saying about our home on every showing. After the first 10 days, we knew you were going to get our home sold. On the 57th day you did in deed bring our a full price offer and a qualified buyer.
